Ethernet Download Speeds Stuck At 100Mbs?

to those who have this kind of issue and the settings is already at auto, change it to 100mbps and click ok. then change it again to auto and pls restart your pc. changes wont take effect if you dont restart pc so please restart it. trust me cheers!

Just a heads up, this issue could also occur if there is something wrong with the hardware of your Ethernet cable, Ethernet socket, or input on your computer. If this and the reset did not fix the issue, please check your hardware and replace it if needed.

This didn't work for me. I set to 1gb and it just said I had to plug in an ethernet even though it was already plugged in. So I just unplugged and plugged back in, and it worked. I am getting full speeds now. Thanks for the video! For anyone saying its not working or it just disconnects your internet when changing your speed option, simply try unplugging and plugging back in to reset it. It should work like it did for me.

This only with new pc, as old pc supports only 100 mbps, even if u do 1gbps settings

Mine's capped at 10mbps, changing the duplex did absolutely nothing

if that dont work delete and reinstall the ethernet port drivers and reinstall it only do it if you can access the internet on your pc through wifi as well otherwise your screwed

Thanks so much. I can't believe I was this dumb. I changed it to 100 full duplex because i had a cat 5e ethernet and now I have cat 8. Thanks for the vid.
