method 1 worked but when I rebooted my pc the speed went back to normal

i have a completely different problem. i got my pc about 2 months ago and when i download it downloads at around 400 mbps but then my internet just disconnects. idk why it happened but i put it as a metered connection to see if that makes it any different and was wondering if you can make a video about it.

If you get a new cable, don't forget to reset you router. I messed with it for like 15 minutes, until i tried to reset my router, and it worked :D

really annoying too because my internet is 1gb and its capped at 100 with a cat8 ethernet that goes up to 40gb
