These exercises really worked for me. Previously I was doing exercises which were balanced and this did not help my left side. I believe the disc was bulging to the side as well. After doing these exercises, I had quick improvement in my condition with much less pain.

I was suffering from pricking pain of nerve compression due to right side disc bulge over 6 years (l3-l4 and l4-l5, had left sided unilateral sacralisation by birth).i got some relief today while doing these exercises. Hope these exercises will be helpful. Thanks a lot.

weird, my physical therapist is saying just the opposite. He's trying to get me to open up the side with pain to reduce right side nerve root compression. For instance, the exercise shown starting at the 4:16 mark. I do exactly that exercise as shown but for right side pain. By sliding to the right, the foraminal opening increases in size and reduces nerve root compression.

I have been troubled by disc herniation since 10 plus years, and went to docs many times. After having an MRI Scan, I was told to have surgery to rectify the bulged disc. But, I found a bit risky. I tried exercises to relieve the pain on my right leg. But to no avail. I found this video clip and doing exercises as done here in the clip. The pain is not totally gone but l am sure to say that it is lessened now.

Thank you for this amazing video .I’m doctor doing my house job.I think these exercise are really for me .sir I have question please answer .my situation is I have disc prolapse at l4to5 and s1 .now what I feel very weird is when I try to bend forward during standing position, my body make some changes as first my lumber part move towards the right side than I can able to bend, but when I try to make my lumber area don’t move towards the right than it really painful .so during coming back to straight position same thing happens .

I believe these exercises helped me tremendously. Thanks.
I suffered from a bulging disc for three months miserably during this COVID shutdown. Could not bear weight for any duration much put on my socks and tie my shoes. If this sounds like you, give it a try. Also, be sure to get a good office chair if working from home in front of a computer.
