Bro, the teres and upper lat contractions with these is out of this world, specially with rings, and for that variation you don't even need to go that wide to feel the same!

I think I saw prophet fear do lengthend partials on these, it looks like a good tool to have in the arsenal of pull-up/chin-up variations (to ensure we can do pull-ups/chin-ups forever without burnout or overuse injuries to develop demon backs)

Absolutly golden timing, tried some very wide pull ups today ( i usually do them weighted with neutral grip ) and i managed to do them weighted but i feelt some pain, gonna try the neutral grip wide version.

What do u think of wide grip L-sit pullups? Would love more content on the L-sit pullups. Super underrated exercise. Way better than weighted pullups. Especially if the ROM hits atleast sternum. I try to aim for lower chest.

Me, my boys or nobody I know has ever done pull ups or chin ups.
We all used the lat pulldown machine because that is the way we were taught.
To each his own
Alex is the opposite of us as I never see him speak on pulldowns.

Alex, I was lying to myself! Recently found out that I perform the movement with a hollow back! When i tried to pull up with an open chest - surprise surprise, i wasn't able to get my chin over the bar! Franco Columbu would be disappointed, now i should build the mighty wide grip pull up with the right technique.
