Our YouTube Channel is designed for people living with Multiple Sclerosis to have access to guided exercise videos. Whether you are newly diagnosed or wheelchair bound, our channel has a safe and effective exercise for you.

In this week's weekly exercise video we will be targeting the muscles that affect balance and coordination. We chose three exercises that are easy to execute and require no equipment other than a chair. Get your water bottle, exercise mat, fan, turn do your thermostat and here we go!

Hip Bridge 5:20 (6 sets of 7)
