How to improve your COORDINATION with these exercises

Coordination, the ability to execute complex, controlled body movements smoothly and without excessive effort, is crucial to everyday life because we constantly use it, Muscles virtually always move or work together, so their ability to do so impacts both your sports ability and everyday mobility. When you lack coordination, it might feel like you’re always tripping over your own feet, or as if you aren’t good at sports or certain types of workouts.

Thankfully, you can improve your coordination with the exercises I am about to show you in this video.

I really appreciate videos like this that don't try to treat the viewers like children. For a long time, it discouraged me from improving my coordination because I didn't like feeling like a child. Thank you for making a regular video!

My whole life I’ve been uncoordinated and never really tried to work on it besides sports when i was younger but recently someone at work told me i should work on my coordination. I appreciate ur videos thank u

As a practitioner in an eye movement therapy I find this whole body of work fascinating. One exercise we have for anxiety (although not an eye movement) is using a juggling ball and throwing it from one hand to the other (in a specific way). This is in effect a brain balancing exercise. When people are anxious one side of the brain is in overload and the exercise helps to balance things out and thus reduce the anxiety. I'm wondering if this would have a similar effect

hi, thanks) I have dyspraxia and I want to overcome/treat it with balance, coordination and orientation exercises. These exercises are nice and simple, keep posting vids!
