True confidence - not being loud, being dominant socially, telling everyone your achievements
True confidence = depends on your abilities or qualities
The guy that is good at gaming in a group of gamers: he will be confident, socially anxious outside
The guy that is good at gym in a group of gym bros will be confident, but in a group of scientists, he will feel stupid
You see how not much social skills are needed? Just need abilities
The guy that is good at life will be confident in life.

Thanks so much man! I joined my new school in 7th grade and didnt really start talking to anyone until 10th grade(im in 10th grade rn), since everyone already have their group of friends im basically a third wheel for everyone nor im extremely close to anyone(we graduate high school this year). Even if my social skills "improved", i still felt bad that no one wanted to be friends w/me. You finally made me realise that confidence is just belief in yourself. Thank you so much.
