Breakfast : 100 gm Dalia, 250 ml Milk

Snacks : 100 gm besan, 50 gm soyachunk
Make chila . 2 eggs boiled

Launch : 250 gm Rice, Mix Dal (100 gm)

Pre workout meal : 200 gm boiled potato with bettroot

After Workout: 100 gm sattu, 2 banana, 2 khejur, 200 ml milk, gur

Dinner : 250 gm rice, ghar ka sabji
Before Bed : Haldi wala dudh

Mai samko change karta raita hu pre workout meal jaise kisi din pineapple ya guava kavi kavi badam 40 gm

Mera 5 se 6 kg mussel mass badha 1.5 sal mai or ha jada haate katte toh nahi hoge par ha fit or power full rahoge roti mai bohat dam hai or ha soya se bana koi vi protin testosterone hormone ko disturb karta hai 2023 ki studies mai paya gaya soy protein mat lo mera 2800rs mai ak mahina chal jata hai😊

badiya diet batayi bhaiya aapne... main ye sab khata hu aur kuch cheeze bhi add karna chahata hu
1) kaala chana and moong sprouts 100g with 50g peanuts (38g protein)
2) bhesan ka cheila 100g with paneer filling 100g (39g protein)
3) daal 50g and daliya 50g with sprouts 50g (28g protein)
ye main daily nhi khata par hafte mein 4-5 baar khata hu

My diet 300 ml buffalo milk give 9-10 gm protein, 50 gram peanut 12 gm protein, 40 gm soya chunk 18- 20 gm protein , 40 gm bhuna chana 8 gram protein, 2 time home made vegeterian meal approx 30 gm protein total protein intake 80 grams . Under 55 rupees( except home made 2 time meal )

Very simple and easy plan under 2000
Meal 1
250 ml milk 60 grams peanuts and 2 bananas make smoothie (protein 30 gram)

Meal 2
Chana sattu 100 gram in water make shake (22 gram protein)

Meal 3
50 grams soya chunks (25 grams protein)

Meal 4
Pre-workout
Again chana sattu shake with water (22 grams protein)

Meal 5
Post workout
Beshan chila with 50 gram dal ( protein 32 gram )
Total protein :- 120+ grams under 1500
I follow the same diet made by doing a lot of reasearch using ChatGPT and other platforms
