How I did it:

1. I ate a calorie deficit that I was comfortable at so only 400 calories. At the time my maintenance was 2700, I ate at 2300 then slowly to 2000 as i lost more weight
2. I only trained 4 times a week: upper and lower body split. With focus on heavy weights & light 5-10 minutes cardio at the end
3. I had a decent diet, I eat food I liked and occasionally had cheat meals few times a week. So I was not relying on just discipline all the time and enjoy my cravings.
These are the 3 main things I did, supplement wise, I didn’t take anything than protein shake. I would say stay patient and take it slow as you can because if you can find a way to lose fat at enjoyable way. Once you get your goal, it’s like so easy to maintain. This transformation was over 2 years ago and I’m maintained it ever since

That's 20% indeed, there is a difference between 20% while having a noticeable muscle mass vs 20% skinny fat. He had a lot of good muscle mass at 20%, that's why he looked like 15%

This is awesome! I like how you broke down your process in simplicity on how you achieved your fat loss and made it exciting by sticking with the foods you like. You didn’t do it in a radical way like how the mainstream media promotes it’s way of burning fat by cutting drastically on carbs etc. You stuck to science in terms of calories in vs calories out and it rewarded you.
