Honestly if Batman hadn't learnt at the end of the 1st movie that he needs to be a symbol of hope instead of fear, I would've found Scarecrow a good villain to teach him that fear isn't what Gotham needs

I definitely think they should go for a scarecrow and killer croc combo. This would be such a intense movie where It lowkey would be scary. Batman is a lot about fear, what if he had to face two terrifying threats

I think Hush would be perfect, especially considering how he's literally mentioned in the first film. It would be a big plot twist.

He should be introduced as Harvey in the second, and be built up as two-face in the third or fourth

I think that Killer Croc and Deathstroke deserve to appear in Batman movies. Such awesome characters and they have only appeared in Lego Movies.

I personally think, with the aesthetic achieved thus far, it is without a doubt, that Mr. Pyg would be an extremely horrifying villain to portray in Reeves dark universe. A live adaptation Mr. Pyg could really bring to the mainstream, one of the darkest Batman villains
