I would love to see mad hatter, I was expecting the Riddler to be more charismatic but since they did take the scary route mad hatter is 2nd best choice for a fun, creative, and charismatic villain

To be honest I think the only villain of those that I want to see is potentially mad hatter. The first movie created a brilliant, gritty, serious, noir universe where the main villain was literally just a serial killer. So I don’t think villains with flashy superpowers like Mr Freeze or Clayface would work, hell even Mad Hatter is a bit too goofy for my liking. Personally I want The Batman 2 to continue with the noir style of the first film and include more serious villains like, Hush, Hugo Strange, Bane, Scarecrow, Proffesor Pyg, Viktor Zass, The Court Of Owls. There are so many great villains that work in a serious Noir setting, I don’t see why the series has to compromise on it’s defining characteristic in the second film. Personally I think the second film should feature a team up between Scarecrow and Hugo Strange tackling the abuse inside mental asylums and using a slightly more goofy villain to make the transition to full on superpowered villains like Freeze and Clayface more subtle and less abrupt

I would loved to see Mr Freeze, At first Batman seeing him as no different than other criminals but after a few fights and learning Fries's reasons he try to helped him saved Nora but another Villain stands on his way which is *Scarecrow* BOY I WOULD LOVED TO SEE THAT

I’ve been seeing a lot of people wanting to see Clayface as one of the villains. I know Matt reeves wants a grounded Batman movie and not so much fantastical. One way he could justify the fantastical of Clayface and even Killer Croc would be to put them as a hallucination caused by Scarecrow’s fear toxin.
