If Matt Reeves’ Riddler was that scary, I shudder to imagine what a Matt Reeves Scarecrow would look like

Deathstroke would be great to see especially with the they way combat is handled In Reeves film. Black mask would also be great since it would add more depth to the crime world of Gotham.

I honestly want to see Scarecrow in the sequel. He represents corruption at its worst, a doctor who is supposed to help others but instead tortures them and treats them like Guinea pigs. He would be terrifying in this universe.

The Mad Hatter would be a great villain for the Reevesverse in a plot similar to The Silence of the Lambs.

I’d love to see Black Mask in this universe. And it’s kinda obvious Matt Reeves is gonna finish with Court of Owls, which is an incredible idea. Professor Pyg would be an awesome villain, too. Especially with the horror/thriller elements they’re mixing in.

I think Mr Freeze, Penguin, and Hugo Strange would be great for the sequel. Joker, Court of Owls, Hush, and Poison Ivy for 3 & 4

Edit: I’m also going to throw in the fact that I think Man Bat would be incredibly well realized and scary in this universe, and something that I would be eager to see. Of Course there are so many great villains, but I want to see those who haven’t been adapted to the big screen or have not been given justice on the big screen.

Judging how Reeves made riddler so terrifying. I’m up for scarecrow in the next movie. I think he would be terrifying. And it would fit The Batman’s feel. I just really hope for it

Yes to Scarecrow, Freeze, Court of Owls, Calendar Man, Clayface, and Poison Ivy! Scarecrow is just perfect for a full-blown horror movie in that universe. Same with Calendar Man for a Hannibal Lector story. Another I'd like to see Deacon Blackfire from "The Cult." That would make for a really scary one

I would love to see Matt Reeves take on Victor Zsasz, Black Mask and Hugo Strange.. I think all 3 villains would fit perfectly in he’s Batman universe
