A few things to note:
-I didn’t include Zoe Kravitz or Anne Hathaway’s Catwoman because I didn’t feel they were “true villains”, especially Zoe’s portrayal
-Carmine Falcone did not have a large enough presence in Batman Begins or The Batman to qualify imo (nothing against the actors I thought they were great especially John Turturro)
-This is not my “favorites” list, that would look very different
-I would have liked to put Colin Farrell higher, but lack of screen time and the fact that he’s really not the Penguin yet makes him where he is
