I really cannot sleep! I have too much estrogen, it is absolutely horrible to deal with. I am trying now to regulate it. But I have problems sleeping, my body simply keeps awake, even if I am exhausted. No idea how to resolve that.

Great video Dr. Taz. I was recently told I had low T and was recommended the pills or cream. I’ve been having a difficult time sleeping and major gut issues for awhile now, going to try that first before hormone replacements. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the video :) Great! Let me ask you a question about cruciferous; I have fibrocystic desease breast and also have high anti tg which is about hypothyroid (I do not use pills for this because anti tg is not that much high score to use pill). I have also gut issues (like doing goat) anyways I am curious that lot of doctors says "Do not eat cruciferous (like cabbage, broccoli, kale, brussel sprout, cauliflower, radish etc.) if you have suffer with hypothroid"... But I wanna eat cruciferous for breast healt for fibrocystic for hormone balancing... So what do you think about this question an what can you suggest? Please response :) Thank you :)

Thank you Dr. Taz! Do naps during the day help in getting recommended amount of sleep if you can’t get at least 7 hours at night?
