In this video, I break down the top foods you should be eating and supplements you should be taking to get rid of acne. I also cover the best face washes to use for clean, healthy skin and what foods you MUST get out of your diet immediately if you want to get rid of your acne.

Causes of Acne:
-One of the leading causes of acne today is the buildup of bad bacteria, yeast, and candida in the gut and digestive tract.
-Taking antibiotic drugs and birth control pills, drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and consuming excess sugar can increase the growth of bad bacteria, yeast, and candida within the body.

based on experience, I strongly agree that if you want to get rid of acne, get rid of sugar from your diet.

I have actually eliminated sugar and gluten products and drink kefir although it's very hard to get. My skin has improved a lot.
Your video just assured me that I'm on the right path.

Before you mess around with your diet:
- Get more sleep, of good quality and consistently 8 hours a night.
- Drink more water (filtered if you can)
- EXERCISE. This will help balance hormones... blood sugar... cleanse your body etc etc etc.
- Make sure your hands are clean when you wash/moisturize and stop touching your face.
- Get enough sunlight! But be careful if your skin is sensitive.
- Change your pillow cases every other night because they breed bacteria.
- Create a consistent wash routine (when you try something, you need to try it for at least 6 weeks)
- Stop wearing foundation (I know its hard but it helps).

THEN... move onto improving your diet. Sugar is a big one so reducing refined sugar is great, and getting more fiber is an easy one to start with. I.e get rid of white stuff and replace it with brown!

I had come to these same conclusions after ten years of doctors mistreating me, pills, creams and whatever is advertised as acne-fighting. I changed my diet and habits completely, it has been a continuous challenge, but nothing more rewarding than feeling and looking healthy. This is a good summary of how to start getting better.

YES! I'm so happy to see someone who understand that acne is largely based on what goes IN your body. These tips are very helpful. I'm almost twenty two and I've never had terrible skin, but lately I've been getting bouts of bad cystic acne. It helped when I discovered several food allergies (gluten, soy and dairy were the big ones, getting rid of dairy helped most), but it still comes in waves and it's so awful. I eat a fairly healthy plant based diet most of the time, but I still eat a lot of oils and sugars. I'll try these tips though, and I'm hopeful I'll see a change!

I noticed after 17 years of acne that it mainly disappeared when I stopped eating dairy products!! Then I learned they are full of hormones that trigger our hormones....

I used to have bad cystic acne on my back and chest. It took me 37 years to find my trigger and it was dairy. Once the dairy was taken out, the acne went away over a month. My skin is clear and acne free and it was horrible at its worst. I hope this helps someone! ❤️

I've had acne for most of my life. Recently I've been going through a candida cleanse and noticed that my acne is pretty much completely gone! I clicked on this video to see what you suggested, and yes, my experience agrees with this advise since this is the way I've been eating for the last month!

I pray for the strong determination that I can keep up with these 4 secrets. I have had acne nonstop for years. Sometimes got better, but then it got back to it. Ok. I need to do this to save my skin.

I was told acne is not necessarily due to problems in the bowel. Apparently there is so many different reasons one could get spots or acne  you can't pin it down to one specific problem. I consumed little to no sugar for a month and saw no difference, its unrealistic to put everyone into one category. People watching this right now could be as young as eleven or twelve or well into their thirties (doubtful all have the same problem within that range), I workout so I count my calories  and amongst other things I get in a high amount of protein per day, low salt and sugar,  I consume healthy fats like avocado and if I'm using oil I use 1% oil or sunflower/olive/rapeseed oil and fibre from some wheat's (gluten free is not realistic or achievable for my diet) and I STILL have acne... HOWEVER! I'm still a teenager therefore most likely have a  hormonal imbalance which is probably the main reason for my acne. I just want people to realise that everyone is different.
