Hey Shawna! So wanted to let you and your viewers know that we used some of the Etsy Ads strategies you suggested and THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was honestly a little skeptical at first, but thought we would give it a try. It took a few days to see the change, but when we eliminated the weaker keyword searches we increased our daily ROAS so far from about 2.5 to 6. This is unbelievable! Really great advice :)

Just want to say that if you can get a lot of organic sales on specific products, Etsy will start advertising those products for free as they make money when you make money. I am experiencing this with a product in my shop that became really popular (without ads). Now Etsy is advertising it and placing it in places to be seen, calling it a "most popular" item in its category, etc. Because of this boost, I am now selling even more of that product. Multiple sales every day. Just some food for thought for those reading these comments.

I’ve had my shop running for a month and today I got my first order with 50 listings! I only get about 2-4 hours a day (when my two babies go to sleep because I dont like to be ignoring them in the day) so I’m spending every second making my shop better and more trustworthy and doing anything I can to boost sales and reviews quickly. I am so determined to make this work I dream, sleep and eat shirts 😂 slightly sleep deprived sometimes, anytime I can get without the bubs I’m on my laptop making designs or fixing errors. I felt guilty the other day because the 3 hours I had I spent making my banner better and making my profile more inviting, changing some mock-ups and redoing color charts even organising all my files. Everything was a mess but It feels so much tidier now and I don’t regret doing that instead of just posting stuff because I think it helped me get my first sale.

This is a helpful video regarding Etsy Ads. Though Etsy Ads have never worked for me. I started my Etsy shop 1 year ago and have spent ~200 USD on ads and have got sales worth 10 USD. As a new shop, my max ad budget has been USD 1 only most times. Even when I increased it to 5 USD per day, ZERO sales. I have no idea why its not working for me at all.

I hadn't noticed the 'Detailed stats' link under the advertised listing until this video, so that is definitely helpful for future analysis.
