Rebecca seriously, you can't understand how much you are helping me with your workouts! I've tried to just pick a random video sometimes when I workout, but my motivation and energy just sinks or something. With you I stay motivated, positive and energized through the whole workout! And I feel happy afterwards. I actually tell my friends sometimes, 'today I'm gonna workout with my personal trainer', and then they ask who and then I say Rebecca-Louise haha :) You're the best, and thanks for being you!

I have just done this one and as much it seemed it's gonna be too tough to follow, I can say it's not that much, but you will definitely feel your muscles are working. Great job again Rebecca!! ❤

I really like this video!! It was super tough and I could feel the burn the whole time! My only complaint was that it was hard to hear.

I love your workouts so much. they're pretty much all I've been doing lately, but I was wondering if you could maybe make a more intense video specifically for the lower abs? My upper abs look better than ever thanks to your videos but my lower belly still needs work.
