Calling them "fake foods" is incredibly misleading. They do have nutrients and benefits. The fact there can be issues with them or especially their overconsumption doesn't make them inedible.

Neighbor has bees and I always plant an acre of flowers for them at the edge of my property. He gives me a gallon of honey each summer. It's a win-win for us both!! 😁

If you’re a vegetarian (like me) try making your own “meat” replacements. There are many healthy recipes on YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc. or you can make your own recipes!

I once saw a simple test re: honey, on YouTube but I cannot remember what it was. I believe it was to drop a spoonful of the honey in cold water, but will that seperate any sugar that's been added? If someone knows, I would love to know! The labels on honey don't list any added ingredients!

I'm an endurance athlete and body builder with low body fat and weight (151 lbs, 5' 6"). Daily, I eat protein bars and drink pea protein shakes with organic honey (store bought). I'm 56 and am incredibly healthy and energetic. I have only experienced positive effects from eating these. Nothing negative.

It is true we should make those things ourselves. I make my own vegetarian burgers. So many great ingredients along with bone broth powder that I get from Amazon. Honey from a beekeeper and I make my own granola. It's so easy to do. Take her advice and don't use junk

Buy local raw honey. Find a local bee keeper, that’s the best. If you can’t find a bee keeper, find the closest orchard. They either have bees or sell for a bee keeper. And, never heat your raw honey to high temps. I always wait for my tea to cool b4 adding. It kills off the medicinal properties.
