Pea Protein- yes it is in so many plant “meats”. I have lupus and wow that little experiment made my skin irritated for days! Grains and peas and beans are off my list, back to greens, beets, squash, and small amounts of meat.

I bought canola oul once and used it fry something and it was nasty. The smell and the taste.
I don't eat much fried food at all only an occasional burger and fries. But I regret it every time. Makes me gassy and awful indigestion. I need to doi a full cleanse. Nor sure where to get started. ???
