my uncle has CFS it is real and is a physical condition that leads to many other physical and mental complications. The misinformation out there is insane. Thank you for bringing this to light!

'I don't have suppressed anger' is very typical of suppressed anger, what with it being suppressed.

There's really no such thing as a "kind person" or an "angry person", we are all human and have all the human emotions. No one is a special exception to that.

There was definitely a point in my recovery where I felt constant rage for a couple of days, if it's happening for you just be aware of it and don't resist or judge it, it's just a part of life and it's normal.

We believe that anger means rage - and this is why we suppress it. We don't know what it is this emotion of anger (mostly due to growing up in ACE and ACoA where we witness anger being fury). It is neutral emotion. Rage is second or third layer of anger emotion on top of the neutral one - it gets layered with beliefs and interpretations - but original anger is neutral and it provides our brain with critical information how to react and adapt to danger and detrimental circumstances. Without it - our other emotions try to adapt (IFS Model) and react instead of anger and then we end up with people pleasing and avoiding and panic and being passive aggressive and we develop personality disorder such as avoidant PD and all sorts of social anxiety symptoms.
