When they were driving they found another person with the same bomb around the neck. They managed to safely get that one off. Then they found three more people with the bomb around their neck. They all were safe except the lady

This is from a show called, “The Rookie.” It’s streaming on Hulu. The bomb had a 43 minute timer because that’s how long her co worker’s sister traveled in the desert with a group of terrorist that demanded a ransom from the company that was not met so they killed her and so the co-worker took his revenge on the people who were in charge of the ransom by strapping a bomb to their neck so they can feel the same pain his sister felt. It was a very complicated episode.

She was murdered while they were negotiating the money for her so he blames all of them for her death and that's why he's blowing them up. There's two other victims, they both get out safe.

Didn't think I would be the guy this time but alright.

The show is called The Rookie, and no, there was no g. P. S on the coller or the car, it was just on a timer. The bad guy was putting the collar on executives of a business after he was terminated, Later on, they find someone else with another caller, but they managed to save them.
Haven't seen the episode in a while so I don't remember why he was targeting them, but that's the gist of it.
