The fact that my original phone, a current gen S23+ with the latest OS updates and plenty of room left in its storage, STILL keeps freezing and crashing, tells you something the stability of its OS.

Honestly, it pissed me off to the point to where I traded it in for a damn iPhone. I hate iPhones, but at this point, I'd rather have a device that doesn't require me to test my patience, and computer and network certification skills on a daily basis.

I think it overheated and now the screen is unresponsive. Another Channel had me to access at a DOS- like prompt. I tried to do it software update but got a error. Also tried to do a bootloader thing and got another error. Should I just hard reset it and let it sit for several hours? Need my phone ASAP. What else can I do?
