Having yourself create a workout plan is a great way to to actually stick to that plan because you made it yourself. Any workout program can work and cannot work depending on your commitment level. WIth this video, you don't need a personal trainer to create your workouts for you (at least to get started lol) Follow these 5 steps and you'll be good!

1. Set A Goal
2. Plan Out Your Week
3. Choose Your Exercises
4. Choose the Reps & Sets
5. Track and Adjust after 6-8 weeks
