Can you do a updated one for like working out at home? How do we divide up our days at home? And do we have to have like 2 leg days since we don’t have gym equipment and it’s not as heavy to see results?

Thank you for this video! I’ve been working out regularly for the past year or so and although I know I feel my best because I’m pretty active, I haven’t seen much progress or change in certain areas of my body. I really need to make an organized schedule for my workout regimen, and I love calendars and lists too so I’m going to try it out

I work full time and still in high school, I get work release so I leave at 10:30 but it’s hard to find time because then I’m always tired 😭
