You’re really something. I’ve been trapped but when I listen to you I’m able to let go of some things. Then I stop listening and I forget and get trapped again. I need to listen to you everyday until I fully get it. Thank you!!!! ❤

Thank you for all of your "common sense" motivation, by which I mean that you've broken down major emotional hurdles and taken out complexities that often get in our ways when trying to improve our lives. You remind us all that we have the power to make changes.

I love your channel. Just found you, but consider me a devoted listener.

I conquered my physical clutter many years ago, but these lessons are easily translated into other areas. Thank you for sharing your energy and for taking the time to spread such valuable lessons. ☆☆☆ Truly, my gratitude runs deep, and I sincerely hope you feel my appreciation!

I love you..(😉😎)
The idea of thinking of a mass of objects as their individual parts, none of which are smarter, more powerful than YOU(!) are, has been a very helpful concept/truth, alone, to at least three ppl I know struggling with decluttering challenges!

You have softened some edges over the years and I commend you - and your ideas - for being ever more approachable each pidcast that you do~!
All the best to you-!

I have found that when I am in the decluttering stage like I have been for the last few years of my life it makes me anxious to go out and go shopping or even Christmas when people ask me what I’d like for Christmas. It makes me anxious because I don’t want anything and I don’t want more stuff. But when I have more stuff it feels like I want to go out shopping to acquire more. It’s very weird. My home looks so nice and neat and tidy with less in it. My rooms feel more spacious. I feel like I can breathe better.

Love the put yourself in motion comment. Marcus Aurelius writes the same thing... Put yourself in motion and check yourself at all times. Thanks for your service.
