Thanks for this; I'm sharing it. I drink 1/2 cup of tart Cherry juice twice a day to help with neuropathy due to cancer. Any suggestions Dr. Jockers?

Great video! Definitely I eat protein at Breakfast! My favorite protein is Organic Oats mixed with unsweetened almond milk, blueberries, cinnamon, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. I also love to have eggs with avocado, bacon and Greek yogurt. Thank you very much for your valuable information Dr. David!🙌❤👍

Completely off subject, So I came off a 3 day water fast, I started the morning off with a bone broth drink! But this is a first for me so I wanted to see if you could tell me how many times today to drink the broth. Thanks

Well, so much for my idea of mixing my collagen powder into a glass of vitamin C to start the day.
