3 different flavors of low carb cheesecake! We've got a cashew crust, chocolate crust, and an amazing chocolate ganache topped cheescake. These are all no bake cheesecakes. Keto cheesecake is among our favorite desserts since not too much is compromised in flavor since cheesecake is high fat to begin with. We've perfected this low carb cheesecake recipe so feel free to use it with any flavor combo or toppings you want!

These are actually perfection. I did Keto for the first time for a week last year, and gave up because I just thought it was all cheese and bacon. I'm a total foodie and was lacking meal inspiration but loved the results I had with Keto (-6lbs in a week, clear skin, masses of energy, improved sleep after years of insomnia). I started back today and soooo glad I found this channel. New subby.

Absolutely delish!! I substituted the cashew crust for pecans and it is amazing. I also added 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to filling....AMAZING!!!!

I made the chocolate ganache cheesecake tonight- amazing!! We ate it before it set and it reminded me of a chocolate dipped cone. DQ, I'm sorry, but I've found someone else. Thank you guys so much for all you do!!

Just made this and made a plain cheesecake and a lime one....used your recipe, but added 2 tbsp of key lime juice, 3 drops of Young Living lime essential oil and about 10 drops of Stevia (mixed these three together first ten added it to the cream cheese filling....it was yum on the spoon...can't wait to try it out of the freezer...thanks so much!

I made this - doubled the recipe and slapped it in a pie pan... OMG this is the best keto cheesecake I've tried so far. It is a winner! My search has ended.

Another cheesecake low carb idea what I do is just blend the package of cream cheese with a few tablespoons of butter and a bit of stevia to taste. And then drop them on a pan to chill in the freezer as 1 inch rounds. Then take them out roll them to a circle. Freeze again and cover in extra dark melting chocolate. They set up Nicely. And you can store in a zip lock or container. Keeps best in freezer long term but I eat them up so fast just keep them in the fridge ;) the chocolate I use is 85% dark chocolate I believe each cheesecake bite is less than 3 grams of carbs but not sure

This looks like a stupid good recipe!!! I'll be making these tonight! I'm even thinking about kickin' 'em up a bit with a bit of vanilla in the filling, cinnamon (with the cashew crust), cayenne (with the chocolate crust-sounds crazy but chocolate & just a hint of cayenne? Yum!) and sliced strawberries under the ganache.
Mouth is watering...can't wait to make this recipe!

An alternative to heavy whipping cream is coconut cream, the best one I know of is Golden Star with the only ingredients as coconut milk and water. Stick in fridge overnight, open can and drain water, the cream is solid and can be used that way.
