1 cup of powdered sweetener
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
⅓ cup of sour cream
1 ½ cup of heavy cream
Crust:
1 cup of almond flour
½ cup of pecans
1/2 cup sweetener
5 tablespoons room temperature butter

My husband kept asking me "are you sure its sugar free...are you sure i can eat this.. its too good"...he's diabetic and he was so blown away...i am on a low carb diet and THIS DESSERT IS A LIFE SAVER for anyone who is trying to cut carbs but has a sweettooth... thank you so much...by the way. I mixed pecans and walnuts for my crunchy and buttery...im sooo blown away..10 out of 10

Hi Mayra, I make this cheesecake all the time and it's amazing! The only difference is when you add the sweetner into the cream cheese I replace the sweetner with one pack of sugar free jello. I've used strawberry, raspberry, lime flavored jello. Can I say it adds so much of the fruit flavor in the filling. I'm aware that the sugarfree they use in the jello is not the best but for the amount of times I eat cheesecake to me it's not a huge deal.

I made this yesterday. I ground up my granulated monk fruit sweetener and used pecans instead of walnuts in the crust. My topping was thawed mixed berries. Wow! The best thing I’ve ever made! Just had another piece and wanted to share my delight. I’d post a picture but I don’t know how.

OMG, guys! I made this recipe, and it's so yummy! It's light and fluffy, yet rich! The only change I made to the recipe is: I added two tablespoons of lemon juice instead of the two teaspoons the recipe calls for because I sometimes like my desserts tart! Mayra, you're the best! Thanks for the lovely recipe!

Oh my!!! I just halved this recipe, and pre-baked the pie crust for 15 minutes in a 9" glass pie plate. Then I mashed strawberries and topped the pie with them. I'm in love. Thank you Myra!

Just made the filling, Used vanilla bean paste ( more expensive but better flavour) and added a pinch of salt. About to fold in whipped cream.., THANK YOU! Note I used Swerve powdered sweetener. I cannot tell the difference between this and the no bake I do using condensed milk.

Soooo… I made this for Mother’s Day, and… OMG!!!! It is absolutely delicious! I’m not a big fan of cheesecake but this recipe will make any cheesecake hater an absolute lover!!! 🥰
I did a few alterations to the recipe. I toasted the pecans first to bring more depth to the crust flavor. I used confectioners erithrytol because that’s what I have in hand. And, only used half of the recommended sweetener in the crust. It was AMAZING!! Thank you for sharing this recipe! ❤️
