I'd recommend adding a splash of lemon juice to your batter. It gives it that little twinge of tart that cheesecake is known for. 😊

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz softened cream cheese
1 large egg, room temperature
2 tbsp powdered allulose
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream to top

DIRECTIONS:
In a microwave safe ramekin or mug, mix all of your ingredients and mix until combined. Make sure that your cream cheese is softened, or else you cheesecake will not turn out.

Microwave for 90 seconds, then allow to cool for 10 mins. You can slo place it in the fridge as well. Top with whipped cream, or enjoy with fruit!

These are fabulous! I make several at once mixing the batter in a bigger bowl, for a crumb topping I mix a little melted butter, powdered sweetener and almond flower and microwave separately till it browns a bit and crumbles nicely, sprinkle it on before I cook the little cakes, it adds a nice touch. Looking forward to this little treat really helps me stay on track the rest of the day so thank you😊

If you want to improve this recipe by 1000x you just need to add a few steps and a few tools. Separate the egg yolk from the white. Thoroughly mix the egg yolk, sweetener, vanilla extract, cream cheese and a tablespoon of water until it's a nice creamy texture. Then beat the egg white until it has stiff peaks, and then gently fold all the ingredients together with a soft spatula. Then place into a ramakin and microwave for the 90 seconds, however place an ice cube on a towel or a moist towel inside of the microwave with the ramakin before microwaving.

Doing all of this will provide you with a far better, fluffier texture and the mouth feel alone will elevate it to higher levels. It will be airy and practically melt in your mouth almost like cotton candy. Also, if you use Swerve sweetener or any sweetener you prefer of course, some high protein milk and a bit of heavy cream you can make your own delicious, low calorie, high protein whipped cream.

You can make dairy free whipped cream so easily! Just use canned coconut milk, whip it up with vanilla extract. Yummy!

I'm dairy free! I have a gluten, dairy, soy/nut allergy. Most of your recipes I have to modify to vegan ingredients and I would love to see a non-dairy whipped cream... Thank you for providing recipes to not just healthy, clean, but DELICIOUS meals and desserts! Thank you!

Coconut whip cream can be made from a can of full fat coconut milk placed in the refrigerator so the solid (cream) separates from the liquid. Then the solid can be sweetened, vanilla extract added, and whipped (I use electric mixer). I've made it several times and it's a decent substitute. I'm not sure the brand right off, but the coconut milk in a red can works best. I've tried other brands and couldn't get some to separate.

ooh girl i have been craving some cheesecake and this looks so good and easy. Best part is that it is a single serving because I can tear up some cheesecake. Love you and love your channel....definitely keep bringing the dairy free stuff. I dont do well with dairy myself

THIS IS AMAZING i am a kid im trying to eat healthy so i am healthywhen i grow up ( no keto anymore i saw things that said it lacks nutrients but still not eating a lot of rice ) and my mom has to go to work and shes like dont use the stove or oven so this is AMAZING !!

Looks really good! I'd be interested in seeing a dairy free - clean whipped cream! You're amazing. I'm doing Keto now and it's so easy and effective. There's keto replacements for everything - bread, tortillas etc etc.
