Hi Friends - I am the world’s most measured human. At 46, my cardiovascular fitness ranks in the top 1.5% of 18 year olds; I celebrate my birthday every 19 months because we’ve dramatically slowed my speed of aging, and in 2023I achieved the world’s best recorded sleep score, 8 months of 100% perfect sleep.

Why does everyone act like this is so out there? I enjoy being alive. I enjoy my loved ones being alive. I want to continue existing. This is really not that crazy of an idea.

That explains why he doesn't quite grasp the dislike of "dont die" as it creates a fear energy in most people. He can't relate . Hed have much more success with a positive motto .

I call BS dude. You talk very plainly and I respect that and then you just come out and say you don’t experience fear. In literally the same interview you mention how Talmage laughing during your plane disaster eased you and the pilots fear.

i really like what youre doing bryan, and you changed my life in some ways. i’ll forever appreciate you for that. but lately it seems like all of this has gotten to your head and youre kind of losing it. dont lose your humanity over this stuff, you seem like a good dude. fear is a core human emotion, this is cap.
youre a guy thats trying to do good things, but youre not bigger than any other human. stay humble.

We don't fear death as once you're dead you're dead....we fear suffering and dying

Much respects i also enjoy living it’s a blessing to live as long as possible as long as we can stay healthy and live a good high quality of life I’m all for pushing for longevity.

Nobody wants to be death because we're created to live forever, not in this life but hereafter. I don't know whether you believe hereafter or not but whatever we do we're gonna face with death. We're responsible to look after our body. I love the way you do. Yes, we're all not gonna die, don't think death is finished actually the real life starting after death. suggest you to think about to prepare something for hereafter.

We never cease to exist. You can not experience inexistence. When you die, you actually wake up from a dream. Enjoy your dreams...including the "don't die journey" it is all beautiful fun and worthy of exploration.

There is a lot of evidence from people that came back from a near death experience, talking about things that were happening in other parts of the hospital, meaning that those were not hallucinations. We don't die, we just leave the body when it's unrepairable.

Hmmm I don t he understands what fear is even as a concept because if he did he would understand that we all feel different levels of fear without exception, it s one of the basic feelings that makes us human

Brain doesn't understand negation.
All the brain hears is just "die"

I could imagine him fearing death because if he were to die tomorrow then everyone would immediately doubt everything he has said about health and he would be remembered negatively instead of positively. Quite a stressful situation he's put himself in in my opinion. Or maybe he is truly confident that he will live 100+
