Turmeric has helped many things for me. I've been seizure free for over 4 years. It also helped my neuropathy. And then the neuropathy!! I'm off many other medications now and I'm doing great!

Every day for breakfast I make a glass full of coconut milk and add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with black pepper. 1 teaspoon of clove powder, ginger powder, anise powder and cinnamon powder. Stir and drink it while eating some walnuts, pistachios, pine nuts, and 3 Brazilian nuts. It helps me to get Energize and feeling full.

Yes turmeric and ginger help with my nerve pain. I take Amit....at night as well. I have cervical, spinal stenosis. Enthesopathy of hip with osteoarthritis. I used to be on endone, Valium, tramal. Now I’m a lot better, with excercise, walking..as well. 🤗💖💕❤️🇦🇺🤩

About 10 years ago I developed indigestion issues and heartburn that was very bothersome. I started making my own capsules. Within a week after taking my capsules my indigestion issues were GONE!. I kept taking 2 caps a day for a month and also noticed that my joint stiffness was almost gone.
I use a 3 - 1 blend. 3 parts turmeric to 1 part organic black peppercorns ( I grind them in a small coffee grinder until it is a powder form). I have a few videos on my channel on how to make the caps. So glad to see Dr. G talk turmeric.:)
NOTE...
I now only take 1 cap every other day with water after dinner, the fats from meat help adsorb turmeric as well .

I make a lot of vegetable soup during the winter months and always add a generous amount of Turmeric and also nutmeg and have noticed that my joints are less painful. I absolutely love the taste of Turmeric. Interesting about cloves I try adding them to the soup as well.

Small tip how to consume turmenic everyday: I make turmenic latte from soy milk on morning with cinnamon and little raw honey. Taste great!

Turmeric cannot be absorbed fully without black pepper and fat ( Ghee, olive oil or butter)

In my country, we drink turmeric with tamarind and ginger. Cook them together and strain and drink the water.
