I once suffered very bad inflammation for close to 5yrs. I took raw tumeric root and boiled it. After cooling i took it everyday at night. I got healed completely. This coupled with prayer healed me. I did not add anything else.

I mix organic turmeric, ginger and cinnamon powder together in an air tight canister. Every morning I put a teaspoon in my large black coffee with several shakes of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of organic coconut oil. I've been doing this for 5 years, I'm 65 and honestly have no aches and pains. There's no proof this is the reason but I'll continue.

I grew a turmeric plant from a small root that I purchased at a farmer's market. It turned out to be the prettiest plant in my garden and the turmeric was amazing. Fun little project.

Knew about this years ago when shared by Barbara O'Neil. My family and I since then have been using tumeric in foods and some drinks. Anti-inflammatory pain have declined significantly. Thank you, Barbara and esp to God who have us these natural foods to heal our bodies🙏🏽

My goodness finally someone from India who re-educates the world on the proper use of turmeric. Doctor I have a question how long should you boil the root and what quantity should be used for one person?. Doctor you are God sent.

Thank you. I add organic turmeric powder, black pepper, organic ginger powder and organic coconut oil to organic almond milk. Delicious. And I always use turmeric powder in sauteed vegetables. Extra delicious. 🧡🧡🧡

I started to take Turmeric and Cumin black pepper ten years ago, it cured my arthritis in my wrist! From that day it cured me, I have been using it in ever since with most foods I eat/create and I have never looked back, in fact I have spread the word with my bowling seniors! Many thanks for the reassurance that I am using these spices in the proper way!

I mash a teaspoon of tumeric powder with half an avocado which has healthy fats, add few drops of lime or lemon and sprinkle some cayenne and ginger powder and spread it on a slice of brown bread toast. 😋

Super! Thanks for the tips. Yes, I started with making a tea with turmeric, lemon and honey but noticed it never dissolved. And then my mom brought me to the idea to add it to breakfast eggs! So every time I eat eggs for breakfast I sprinkle turmeric and black pepper on my scrambled or fired eggs in coconut oil!
And one last way I’ve also tried, I make a healthy boost of a jar filled with freshly grated turmeric, ginger, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, ceylon cinnamon and cover with raw honey. And once a week add this combo to a warm glass of water for a nice immune booster! Haven’t been sick in years 🙏🤍

I like getting my turmeric in a chai tea that I make. I use coconut milk, cinnamon, black pepper, turmeric, some vanilla and honey. I let it cool down a bit before I put honey in it so I don't destroy the enzymes. Try it. It's delicious! I drink it before bed

I make a stove top concoction I call Sunshine Milk with water, organic rice milk, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, ashwaganda or chaga mushrooms simmered together then added honey. I love sharing this drink with folks who’ve never tried drinking turmeric and may benefit health-wise…inevitably they love it. It’s like a happy elixir!
(And coconut oil)

I regularly make a drink which I boil water with turmeric, cloves, cinnamon and cardamon seeds (in the pod lightly crushed just before using). This I boil for about 5 minutes and then add full cream milk for another 2 minutes then I add more milk to cool it and top with freshly grated nutmeg from a whole nutmeg. Sometimes I cook it for longer.
This combination I worked out before seeing this video. I know I"m absorbing the numeric because the health benefits have slowly built up. I will combine this with a meal where I eat freshly ground peppers. The cardamon is particularly potent for dealing with infection. It's great during winter but I prepare this all year round.
One of the key things from what I can work out is to use fresh ingredients, and I get them from an Indian food shop run by a Fijian Indian, he looks far younger than his years and comments that I do too!

Turmeric works for osteoarthritis. believe me it reduces inflammation and the pain subsides after 4-8 weeks of daily doses
