I’m glad some one said something about people who take blood thinners should not take turmeric because I take blood thinners twice a day, every day. Ty.

I love drinking turmeric tea with ginger. I'll sip it and do some mindfulness meditation exercises or read, currently reading "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels. It's great to use herbals and spices with meditation and mindfulness.

Love turmeric. We have been giving it to horses for years and it definitely makes a difference in them!!!
Also, any suggestions for a clean multi vitamin??

You should tell that people who take blookthinners can absomutely not use Turmeric. Important information. So stop with always tellling everything is fantastic .it is not.
