Dude you're seriously the first and only indian fitness influencer I have not seen spread misinformation about plant protein. Everyone always talks about bioavailability of plant protein being low but never talks about the fact that if you combine different plant proteins, it increases the bioavailability. Seriously kudos to you

I was using good quality Whey proteins… ajd had severe achne issues.. so i switched to Plant 🌱 based proteins powder.. taste is bad but achnes got better and slowly im getting used to it… and every body is different so use what works for you

I am a student and I recently found a plant protein (pea and brown rice) which is cheaper than whey protein.
Should I go for whey or plant protein?
I am not a gym guy, I just want to complete my protein intake.

I think it'd be nice if you had mentioned about whey isolate. Its whey protein but without lactose and way lesser fat and carb content.

Man I was so scared to watch this video. My body finally started accepting the plant protein formula and been consistently taking 100gms protein with plant protein and eggs. Thankfully the video didn't make me regret my choices. For some of us its plant protein or no protein 😂

How much protein I can consume through supliments to achieve 140gms of daily intake. Currently I'm consuming around 60-70gms by protein powder only. Is that fine. As I'm vegiterian I couldn't not reach with other alternatives. Other alternatives are increasing carbs and fat apparently hitting my daily calories intake

Whey protein does not contain lactose. The allergy from or intolerance of whey is because of the whey protein itself.
I am talking about isolate that may contain traces. Concentrate does not count here.
