I have tried both the plant and whey protein and in my experience they do have subtle differences in how it makes my body feel. (Whey) must be a complete protein due to having egg in the ingredients. Eggs have all the essential amino acids is why it's complete.
(Plant) on the other hand per Tony is a good source too. If you are lactose or have a severe egg allergy as we have in our family this is a great choice. 🌻
