Hi, Is Pea Protein Isolate better option compared to Whey, since it costs less than Whey protein and if we complement with Oats and Soy in diet can it complete the missing amino acid profile?

Im not even picky one way or another but i love pea protien products. Just happens to have alot of high quality products for better prices out of pea protien

Vegan protein is also low quality protein. And your body is only able to digest 60-65% of the plant protein we consume. Where as meat protein our body can digest more than 90% of it.
