‘First Steps To Fitness’ is a brand new workout series for anyone at the very beginning of their fitness journey.

Maybe you have never exercised before or are returning from a long break or injury - this series has been created just for you.

There are 6 workouts in total. Aim to do 3 workouts in the first week and 3 in the second week.

Take some rest days in between. There is no rush to complete all 6 workouts, if you need more rest days between each one then take it.

I feel really proud of myself too. I’m really unwell at the moment as doing this is a real push but I love Joes infectious optimism and it keeps me going! Thank you so much Joe 💙💫

Feel so proud of myself, day 4 completed. I didn’t think I would do it today. I pushed myself and went for it, sweating buckets but pleased I did it: Thanks Joe for the motivation.

Wow, day 4 seemed to be a really tough one, I am sweating loads after all that high intensity star jumps etc, but is a great way to start the day. Thanks Joe :)
