gotta be careful with how long you leave these out unsupervised though, I had a neighbor come up to me asking if somebody died because the fly trap smelled like an actual corpse

The problem is it draws in way more flies than you would normally have and it smells horrible

Cut the top off a empty water bottle to make funnel. Remove cap. Tablespoon brown sugar. Tablespoon honey. 1oz water. Mix all that real well in the bottom portion of the cut bottle. Stick the top cut funnel end upside down into the bottle over the water line and wait 3 hrs. Same thing but cheaper.
