Excellent commentary. Easy to understand and follow along. I'm taking a fish oil supplement with high DHA and EPA. Be sure to read the label of the supplement as many out there contain too little DHA/EPA.

What’s the best thing for someone with a fatty liver and chronic inflammation? Can you do a video on lymphedema? I love the way you break things down. Thank you

Thank you for the informative videos. Pre and post cervical fusion, I have had many contrast dye MRIs and spinal CT scans, finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I had bad immediate reaction last contrast. Will fish oil help? And help counter or remove the dyes from my system eventually? I thought maybe it was the dyes making me freeze up.

What do you think of the new study that made the association between assuming Omega 3 and developing Atrial Fibrillation?
(i think it was atrial fibrillation i may be wrong). I can't quite figure out how much fish oil would hypotetically be safe to take after this study. Do you think it's a problem of dosage?
Omega 3s are essential nutrients so i can't figure out how or why this happens. In my ignorance i assume it's the dosage. What do you think?

Thank you for this video. At least you accept that afib might happen when taking omega 3 oil. I have not found yet a solution to this situation or a reason why it happens so to treat the cause. Is it allergy or problems in the heart? Thank you in advance to an answer

When you say DHA is “Essential”…. Are you saying that our body does not produce DHA therefore we NEED to supplement with DHA?
Ex…. Cholesterol is essential as well, correct??

What about other Omegas, Omega 6 or 9, Omega Complexes, what do you think about a full Omega Complex? Is Omega 3 the only one that is truly beneficial?

Do you have any input on Fermented Skate Liver Oil for decalcifying your body and improving dental health?

I am more interested in the retinol and naturally synthesized Vit D from COD liver oil than I am EPA/DHA/Omega 3. By putting this out you are hiding the real need for retinol (Vit A). We have known since 1926 the cause of cancer is Vit A deficiency. Montrose T. Burrows, 1926, Southern Medical Journal.
