tip: upgrade all your buildings.
step 1: recruit 8+ villagers
step 2: bridges and inclines
step 3: build fences
step 4: Flowers(lots of flower)
Quick tip: you will need to place 25 pieces of furniture, it will be better if you put different pieces of furniture, and if you put the same furniture color the furniture all different colors.

You may need to upgrade all your buildings first before following the video.

Fun fact: Your first campsite villager is usually a smug however I did hear there were a few cases that this camper could be something else (but with my own experience it’s always smug since on my island my first camper was Ken who is a smug chicken/rooster)

It is infact impossible to get Raymond as one of your starters. Your starter 2 are jock and uchi. You're first three you can find on island or can move in by themselves are peppy, lazy and normal. Your first, required camper is always smug. So if you're looking for all of the personalities, snooty and cranky are the only ones you need to go out of your way to find. Campers are always the personality that you need, too.
