I know that no one will believe me, but real high quality coral calcium took two bone spurs off my knees, about two weeks worth, the spurs were like ten years apart. Arthritis runs in our family.

I have an osteophytes on both Elbow, it bothers the tissue inside as i cant bend my arm when i get a phone call for example, the shape of my elbow looks different than before because of these spurs .
I went to a doctor and he advised to make a small operation surgery -to remove them -scramble -and thats it .. but i resisted his advise because of your video .. what do u recommend ! How can i remove it non-surgically then ? Or can the body adopt to such pieces in the elbows !

I have a bone spur on my thumb. The hand surgeon told me needed to have the joint in my first finger removed & a ligament from arm to replace this bone & connect to my thumb. I got a second opinion and the orthopedic Dr said the same except it’s very painful & I’d be out of work for minimum of 3 months. ??? What if they screw up? I use my hands to do my job as I am a casino dealer. I’m sure I’d have a bad scar. This doesn’t seem like a feasible option for me. My thumb hurts most all the time. Dr gave me a splint to wear when I’m off… it makes it hurt worse. What are my options? Can you elaborate on this? The hand dr said it’s called the rubber and surgery.

I have a bone spur in my knee and it hurts me. What kind of exercises can I do

Treat the cause not just the effect.
If you're overweight, then slim down and remove the abnormal bone growth
Had an injury on the shoulder that led to the growth?! Shave it down and try to avoid getting yourself in injuries or be careful that the bones are set correctly after fractures.

Hi just saw your video. I was told I had shoulder pain and a bony shoulder spur. It hurt really bad and I don’t want surgery. Believe it came from me carrying my purse on shoulder. Is there exercise for this? Thank you 😊

I've got this hard as bone knot on my wrist. It does not move. I don't think it's a ganglion cyst.

Hi Adam, Very interesting video. I am a professional gardener and had an index finger fusion dip joint about 5 years ago due to arthritis, also little finger amputation as both joints had worn away. I have now developed a bone spur on one side of pip joint on index finger and it makes a painful snap when I bend it (not every time though) and looks swollen. Would you still recommend not having it removed
