R.I.P. Mr. Hawkings...your voice was the voice of the future quite literally. I love science and the complexity of quantum mechanics was made to seem like primary school addition the way you told it. I would have loved to twisted your mind around the simplicity of infinity...wait! you always knew that. Happy Traveling my mentor.

Beyond rough life for Professor Hawking. 55 years with ALS is horrifying. While it may be true, he did not invent things and change the world, he did inspire millions into science and some of those people will create new things going forward. So, he was not a waste of science as some suggest. There were things I didn't agree with him on just like others, but that is life. I believe that "we as a society" gave him the love he needed to keep his "will to live". Even when we poked fun at him, it was because we loved him. If not, he wouldn't of made it this long. We'll miss you Stephen and we'll never forget you. RIP.
