you know what? Since 2022 started I decided to make a commitment to dedicate at least 5 minutes to meditate. And I found this channel in January, I have been doing all of the 5 minutes meditations daily in the morning as soon as I wake up and I notice that my day goes in more smoothly, more peaceful, more beautiful. As a person that was diagnosed with severe anxiety, those help me a lot to relax when I need to. So really, thank you for posting those!

me deciding to meditate today was out of nowhere but honestly, everytime I do not expect anything and just sit there and listen to your voice and the music playing behind, it calms my soul so smoothly. I have loved in a very abusive adoptive family for my whole
Now i have bipolar disorder and major depression issues.
