Selecting the option to keep games and apps still removes progress. Just lost 2 months of progress probably 100+ hours. It resets game progress. The only way you keep game progress is if you download it off the cloud. So if you had the 0x80830003 error don't do this.

Every time I load into forza horizon 5 it does the loading screen stuff then when it’s about to load into the game it goes back to the Xbox hole screen would reseting it help the issue

I select keep games and apps and when I do my Xbox makes the power down sound after five seconds it makes the power down sound again and after 20 minutes, it doesn’t power back up to restart 🤦🏽‍♂️
