Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

I crushed it💪🏼 . I am 60 years old and have chronic lung disease (although never a smoker) . I've exercised with Raquel, Jane, ....you name the fad. But I believe your exercises have had the most positive impact on my strength, leanness, endurance, and lung function. My doctors say keep doing whatever you're doing.😊 Thanks for your hard work to keep these workouts fresh and challenging. I also love that you take a break and we can relax on Sunday.

I crushed it! Hi Sydney, I loved the workout! I didn't have any weights at home tonight and it was perfect. I was previously a fitness coach (part time) and worked out almost daily. Unfortunately I got sick about a year ago and getting back to full health has been a challenge. Working out wasn't an option and it was hard to get back into. Starting this week I am looking to get back into shape. Doing your work out today made me excited to get back into it! Thank you for motivating people, including me, and doing what you do!

I CRUSHED IT!! I felt pretty energetic today, after feeling super tired all week. I went to bed early last night and got a good night's sleep. Amazing what getting a little extra rest can do! Thank you so much for this fun and challenging HIIT workout! My HR was way up, and I got a good sweat going. I feel awesome now, and will be back with you again tomorrow 😉💪

I am so obsessed with Sydney and her amazing workouts. This was a tough one today as I stress ate ALL day yesterday. I did not have one good meal and that is not like me. Doing that made today's workout feel like torture, but I CRUSHED IT!!! Thank you Sydney for keeping me motivated every day. I only discovered you about 3 weeks ago, but I am totally hooked!
