I do this workout about once a week. Great balance of upper and lower body moves, core, and strengthening exercises. I would love more like this with 40 mins of pure HIIT! Thank you so much, Heather! I’m a huge fan of your workouts. ❤️

One of the few times I promise not to complain about commercials during a video...this was killer! I did this video last week and could not finish it, this week I finished it with breaks in between, but I felt stronger and I am amazed at how quickly my body is changing. Can't wait to do this again next week. Thanks for the videos.

That was amazing! I wanted to quit half way through but as soon as I saw WORKOUT COMPLETE I was so happy. I burned 475 calories 🔥 and I feel GREAT

I've been working out hard since February and NOW I have reached a full 40min HIIT workout (; I am so excited to keep this as my lifestyle <3 I never thought I would be able to build so much strength before. God is good! I can do all things through Christ who gave me the strength to complete this. Look out June...I'm ready to take on the beach <3

Going through cancer treatments during a pandemic ..these workouts have been a saving grace. Helps a person deal with all the emotions that come with cancer during self isolation !

One of. the best cardio by Heather! Quick short 40 minutes. I added in some spot spring during rest total cal over 300 HR 168. Perfect workout!

So yeah! Be careful what you are asking for. I finished the 12 weeks yesterday and I thought let’s give the “free range” workouts a try. It was super intense and sweaty 😓 but I am so impressed with myself that I did it and at about 98% completion vs HR, with a few more breaks. But I did it!!!

I love heather’s workout sessions because she doesn’t talk much during the workout unlike others I have seen and tried. I always get so bothered with the too much talking and am like please just shut up! This works for me, and her sessions are so great and challenging just the way I love them.
