I prefer frozen to canned just because the texture of some things like asparagus and mushrooms gets ruined when it sits in liquid

I concur, Im not a dietician but Ive eaten from a lot of cans so take my word for it.

Canned pumpkin, refried beans, sometimes a bean, broth, sweet corn, green beans are the main ones I buy. Pears, pineapples and peaches for dessert or snacks. I've been transitioning to primarily fresh and frozen though. More room for potatoes, bananas, flour and pasta. 😀 The carb closet

Canned foods are yucky. Mushy & flavorless. Why on earth are you promoting them? & most aren't grown organicly.

very few canned veg are good..most are high in salt. Also, don't take advice from a chunky dietician..you know they are not doing a good job
