First off, I hope you're doing well after the storm.

How do you decide if something goes in the Pro or Con column? In your example, you have "no travel" on the Pro side but couldn't "travel" just as easily fit on the Con side? I could see a situation where one side could completely outweigh the other just based on phrasing.
