1/4 cup (45g) muscovado sugar, or another dark brown sugar
7/8 cup (110g) tapioca starch, plus more for dusting
1 cup water (for braising syrup)
1/2 cup muscovado sugar, or another dark brown sugar (for braising syrup)

There is literally a standard milk tea that every tea/boba shop makes and when you go online they are all weird heavy milk, no tea, def not the standard that everyone makes.

Someone link me a recipe please. (I'm just going to have to work at a boba shop for a weekend to learn it myself at this point haha.)
