PLEASE NOTE: As some have pointed out, the M in the SONY's Record Settings Menu stands for megabits and not megabytes as stated in the video, My error !
And as there are 8 megabits in 1 Byte, it means that all V90 (UHS-II) cards should be able to cover even the highest record setting of the SONY A6700.
Sometimes we make mistakes.
But thank you all for watching the video!

Super helpful video! What are the requirements/setting to film 4k, 10 bits, 120fps (for slow motion video)?

Dont get confused with the Bytes and Bits! Any V90 UHS-II can easily cover the 600 MBits required for the highest capture mode. The number next to the codec is not equivalent to the needed write speed

Nice review! In the UK, Africa, Australia, most of Asia, and Russia, the frequency of AC running through electrical mains is 50Hz (PAL). However, in North America and a few other countries (Japan uses both), the AC frequency is 60Hz (NTSC). So, if you use NTSC in Europe, you may experience a pretty noticeable flicker from any random light.

Please what lens do you recommend, for this camera. The goal is to create content and photograph the family.

Brilliant! Basically a great 'hand hold' in negotiating the menus, keep it up!

That's Megabits not MegaBytes in the settings. So a v60 SDXC card can easily record 4k 10 bit 4.2.2 100fps.

Thanks! My a6700 is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Im looking forward to using it. Your video overview was very helpful. Since this will primarily be a family camera its good to know I don't have to use the more expensive V90 cards and can purchase the V60 cards.

Great starting piece for many, but correction for the video modes.
The M stands for “megabits” per second, not “megabytes”.
Technically, the 200MB/S card you showed is theoretically capable of doing the 600mbps the highest quality asks for, but Sony restrict it to UHS-II to ensure a consistent 75MB/s that 600mbps requires.

Conflating the two may mean people think that you’ll consume a 64GB card in 32 seconds, which is definitely not the case.

The data rates for the video codecs are in megabits per second, not megabytes per second.

Nice video. Additionally there was an error regarding read und write speeds. The number stated on the card is the reading speed, not the writing speed. Greetings from germany

I thought this camera did 240fps at 1080? mine like yours only goes up to 120fps, is there a secret menu to unlock 240fps?
